I offer sessions face to face, video link, or telephone.
Initial free 20 minute phone call for information and to see if I am best suited to help you, followed by:
*Initial no-obligation introductory session and to discuss our work together:
£60 - approximately 1-1.5 hours
*Subsequent and ongoing sessions: £55 per 50-minute session.
*Outdoors walk and talk therapy at a local nature reserve: £60 - 1 hour includes entry fee
