​I grew up on the Kent border of southeast London, and later lived in different counties.   I now live in Horsham in West Sussex, nestled between the gentle North and South Downs.

Before working as a therapist, my work background began in the business and management world and then, within the NHS in the very different environment of health.   

​I later went on to obtain extensive experience of working with young people, including those on the autistic spectrum, within a multidisciplinary team in social care. However, I had the richest experiences learning more when volunteering, as a parent volunteer in education and with animal and eco charities.

I have a wide range of experience in my own private practice, and prior to this, I counselled at a caregivers’ charity and with young people within the YMCA organisation.

I am passionate about our natural world, where I have found my own healing, and how this puts into perspective the significance of what is truly each and every one of us.
