​I grew up on the Kent border of southeast London.   I now live in Horsham in West Sussex, nestled between the gentle North and South Downs.

Before working as a therapist, my work background began in the business and management world and then in health within the NHS.   

​I later went on to obtain extensive experience of working with young people, including those on the autistic spectrum, within a multidisciplinary team in social care. 

I have 'been there' - and afraid of my own vulnerability.  Counselling  enabled me to find my own path to understanding myself, others and the world.  

Our 'stories' we tell ourselves - our personal beliefs, thoughts and feelings can sometimes be suffocating especially in times of crisis - let me help you to find trust in yourself. 

You have the power.I have a wide range of counselling experience prior to and in my own private practice and am passionate about our natural world, and how this puts in to a different perspective our own lives, and the others who are around us.  In short, the present moment is the only moment that is really happening.
