Our lives are not always as straight-forward as we would like them to be. At times we can be left with feelings of being emotionally and physically exhausted, confused, numb, lonely, vulnerable, angry, or just simply overwhelmed.
We can be going through a crisis, a loss, and feelings of low self-esteem and of being somehow stuck. We may know why, sometimes we don’t know why, but we don’t feel right.
