"Change occurs when a person becomes what they are, not when they try to become what they are not." Arnold Beisser, The Paradoxical Theory of Change
Our lives are not always as straight-forward as we would like them to be. At times we can be left with feelings of being emotionally and physically exhausted, confused, numb, lonely, vulnerable, angry, or just simply overwhelmed.
We can be going through a crisis, a loss, and feelings of low self-esteem and of being somehow stuck. We may know why, sometimes we don’t know why, but we don’t feel right. We don’t even have to be going through any of these; we may be at a crossroads in our lives, not sure which direction to take, or wondering whether our true self is good enough.
You may be seeking someone to talk to who can help you make sense of these challenges and uncertainties you are facing.
